Based on local Heath Departments and EMA Offices information the decision to cancel all 2021 NOVFA Events was made. We are planning on having two important general meetings to move forward in the Association. Details will be posted in a newsletter shortly.
We thank all the host departments that have been planning for their events. Special thanks to the Regional Fire School Committee and to the Convention Host Cygnet Fire Department. The school and convention are two of our bigger events. A lot of work in planning was being done.
We thank our department members and associate members that have supported the association throughout the years. Special thanks to our President Dave Miller and Board of Directors Chairman Fred Allen for their help in making the hard decisions.
The Pandemic has effected us all we are praying for the safety of all our members as they protect their communities. Please be respectful in comments.

The 2021 Registration Packets have been mailed out. Please remember that the association has adopted the one check system when paying your regular membership dues and charity fund dues. 85% of the current membership elected to pay with one check. All checks can be made out to the NOVFA. On the registration cards there is a box for "State ID" number. This number is assigned by the State of Ohio Fire Marshal's Office. The state ID numbers are available in the link below. Industrial Fire Brigades are not assigned a number. We also have a number of Michigan Fire Departments that are members. If you know your Michigan ID number, please list it on the registration card. The Officers of the NOVFA would like to thank all department and associate members for their continued support.
