The registration cards for departments were printed wrong and we did not catch it. They match our Associate Members cards. Please use the cards and add how many members your department has. On a lighter note, you can add firefighting and rescue to the company products line on the card. So sorry for the inconvenience.

NOVFA Secretary.

Our 2022 membership packets have been mailed out. Just a reminder that the membership dues and Charity Fund dues can be paid with one check. At the June 2021 Convention Meeting Delegates voted to change the Charity Fund dues date to January 1st, 2022 which now matches the regular membership dues date. The grace period now runs from January 1st. to February 1st. of each year for the fund. The Officers of the Association thank all of our Department and Associate Members for their continued support.

We offer our thoughts and prayers to the family and his extended firefighter family of retired Gibsonburg Fire Chief Ed Bauer. Chief Bauer answered his final alarm on November 7th. at the age of 78. Ed served our association in many positions including President and Chairman of the Board. There are no words to describe the void in our lives with his passing. Rest in Peace Chief, "We have it from here."

Please keep Former Association President and Retired Gibsonburg Fire Chief Ed Bauer in your thoughts and prayers as he is in declining health.
