2007 NOVFA Annual Convention June 15 & 16, 2007 Rossford, Ohio
PLEASE NOTE: Official rules of the 2007 NOVFA Convention will include the following requirements: NO OPEN CONTAINERS OF ALCOHOL SHALL BE PERMITTED IN OR ON ANY VEHICLES.. A Beer tent and Vending area will be outside of the Municipal Building. Two bands will be playing. PROPER IDENTIFICATION WILL BE REQUIRED. Local law enforcement will be checking for underage drinking. THE ROSSFORD POLICE DEPARTMENT WILL EXERCISE FULL JURISDICTION OVER UNRULY or UNLAWFUL ACTIVITIES. INDECENT EXPOSURE AND NUDITY WILL NOT BE TOLERATED! EACH CHIEF, SENIOR OFFICER OR SENIOR PERSON PRESENT SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTIONS OF THEIR PERSONNEL AND EQUIPMENT.
As public safety professionals, the public looks to us to be a positive influence and lead by example. Please work with us to maintain the professional image that we have all worked very hard to establish.
Camp sites will be near Interstate Bowling Lanes, who will have a meal tent set up. Rossford Fire Department will supply security.
The parade will stage on Lime City Road with the bands staging at the All Saints Church parking lot.
